To review the first half of the year’s work and map out plans for the second half, CNK Electronics organized a unique “Cool‑Down Retreat”: a three‑day, two‑night team‑building trip to Sanbai Mountain in Jiangxi. The company’s management team and key core members gathered amidst lush greenery and pristine waters, blending a semi‑annual performance review with immersive experiences of the region’s natural beauty and cultural heritage—recharging their spirits and strengthening team cohesion after a demanding period of work.
Meeting Retrospective: Summarizing and Reflecting to Clarify Direction, Fostering Development Through Ideological Exchange
On the first day of this trip, a highly informative six-month work conference kicked off in the guesthouse’s meeting room. On the morning of July 11, Chairman Chen Wenhua chaired a meeting to review the first half-year’s key initiatives and exchange core strategic insights. Participants engaged in an in-depth discussion on key topics, including “five‑capability development,” a review of first‑half‑year performance, plans for the second half of the year, and the company’s vision.
At the subsequent exchange session, the heads of each center presented reports and engaged in discussions on topics including sales management, R&D innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing. The meeting, which ran from 9 a.m. to noon, served not only as a review of past achievements but also as a forum for brainstorming and shaping the company’s future strategic direction.
Cultural Experience: Stroll through Dongshengwei and Discover the Treasures of Hakka Architecture
On the sidelines of the meeting, The team entered the largest square-shaped walled village in the country— Dongshengwei This Hakka walled village, built during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty and boasting nearly 200 years of history, stands as a testament to the wisdom and splendor of the Hakka people of southern Jiangxi. Amid the blue bricks and dark-tiled roofs, among the nine wells and eighteen halls, visitors feel as though they have stepped through time, coming into intimate contact with the profound cultural heritage of the Hakka people. 。 That evening, the company also organized a traditional Hakka “da ci ba” (pounding glutinous rice cakes) activity. As colleagues rolled up their sleeves to pound the glutinous rice by hand and savor this time-honored delicacy, they were immersed in the rich, authentic flavors of their ancestral homeland.
Exploring Nature: Ascend Sanbai Mountain and Together Experience a “Natural Oxygen Bar”
On July 12, the team officially set out for Sanbai Mountain, a national 5A‑level tourist attraction. As the source of the Dongjiang River, Sanbai Mountain boasts a forest coverage rate as high as 98%, earning it the reputation of a “natural oxygen bar” and a “summer retreat.” Participants either strolled along the mountain boardwalks, basking in the cool breeze and the gentle murmur of the streams, or paused to gaze at the rolling peaks, snapping photos against the breathtaking backdrop of the “First Waterfall of the Dongjiang.” For a while, everyone set aside the fatigue of work and fully savored nature’s gifts, while the children ran and played among the trees, adding laughter and joy to the journey.
