The first phase was the signing ceremony for the shareholding reform and IPO cooperation. Chen Wenhua, Chairman of CNK Electronics, and Zhang Guiyun, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Huafu Securities, signed the shareholding reform and IPO cooperation agreement as representatives of both parties, formally establishing a partnership for IPO‑related advisory services.

In the second phase, cooperation projects for supply–demand matching were signed, with three industrial partnership agreements concluded on-site:
