To enrich employees’ extracurricular cultural life, strengthen team cohesion, and alleviate the stress of daily work, Fujian CNK Electronics Co., Ltd. organized a one-day team-building excursion to the Ziyunshan Scenic Area in Huichang, Jiangxi, on November 2, under the theme “Contentment Knows No Fear, Bravely Scaling New Heights.” The event not only allowed participants to appreciate the breathtaking beauty of nature but also fostered closer relationships through experiences that combined fun with challenge.
Carefully organized, with an orderly departure.
To ensure the event runs smoothly, the company established a task force in advance, with Feng Wenyan serving as the overall coordinator. The convoy was divided into two teams, each led by team leaders Chen Na and He Yuling, while colleagues including Ma Meizhen and Liang Shengnan assisted with headcount and documentation. Meanwhile, Li Guiming, the public‑supplies manager, was responsible for carrying banners, emergency medications, and other essential items, ensuring the team’s safety throughout the entire operation.
High-altitude challenges inspire team courage.
At 9:30 a.m., the group arrived at the Ziyunshan Visitor Service Center. After a group photo to mark the occasion, they officially kicked off their exciting day-long itinerary. Participants enjoyed a thrilling high-altitude glass slide, the 198-meter-long Ziyun Suspension Bridge—known for its heart-pounding “step-by-step suspense”—and an exhilarating zipline that felt like soaring through the skies. Racing along the transparent glass slide and steadily crossing the suspension bridge, team members encouraged one another and supported each other, summoning courage in the face of challenges and building trust through collaboration.
Specialty lunch, savoring local flavors.
At noon, everyone enjoyed an authentic Huichang‑style lunch in the scenic area’s banquet hall. Home‑cooked dishes such as Huichang dried tofu and Dendrobium health‑boosting soup not only delighted the palate but also provided a relaxed setting for employees to chat and laugh, further strengthening their bonds.
Paddle a bamboo raft and fully savor the beauty of mountains and waters.
The afternoon itinerary was all about leisure. Everyone boarded the ten-li bamboo raft, gliding through the emerald waters and verdant hills, savoring the natural panorama of dark-green mountains on either bank and silk‑smooth green waters. Along the 3.2‑kilometer stretch, participants relaxed, soaking in the serenity and beauty of nature.
Swing Bridge Showdown, a Joyful Finale
Afterward, the team made their way to the fun-filled swinging bridge, where they engaged in a thrilling showdown testing both balance and teamwork. Amidst laughter and cheerful chatter, everyone let loose, shedding stress and showcasing their energy and seamless coordination.
At 4:00 p.m., everyone gathered on time and boarded the bus for the return journey. Though the day’s itinerary was brief, it left each participant with a wealth of joy and cherished memories, amid breathtaking scenery and exciting challenges.
This team-building event at Ziyunshan not only allowed CNK’s employees to unwind after a busy work schedule but also strengthened team cohesion through collaboration and shared challenges.
