The 85/85 test is an environmental simulation test that primarily evaluates a product’s performance under high‑temperature, high‑humidity conditions. The temperature is set at 85°C and the relative humidity at 85% RH, with the test conducted continuously for 1,000 hours. For display products, the 85/85 test is an important quality‑assurance procedure; many displays must pass this test to ensure they maintain reliable operation in real‑world applications.

If customers have specific requirements, all of CNK’s products can pass the Double 85 test. The Double 85 test is closely linked to the durability and reliability of liquid crystals and polarizers. We select high‑quality liquid crystal and polarizer materials, rigorously control manufacturing processes and procedures, and ensure product stability and longevity, thereby guaranteeing compliance with the Double 85 test and enabling displays to operate reliably even under harsh environmental conditions. For example, our CNK meter displays and automotive displays have both successfully passed the Double 85 test for 1,000 hours.
